2813446 - Copy Extension Field from Invoice Template to Supplier Invoice

You have maintained some data in a supplier invoice template ABC.

However this data does not appear in a supplier invoice which has for reference document the invoice template ABC.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the work center Supplier Invoicing.
2. Select Invoice and Credit Memo.
3. Use the filter Template.
4. Select and open the template ABC.
5. From here you can see that this template is for the product XYZ.
6. This template contains an extension field "123" which is already filled with a value.

However

1. Go to the work center Supplier Invoicing.
2. Select Invoice and credit memo.
3. Search and open a supplier invoice that contains the product XYZ.
4. From the General tab, you can see that the reference document is Invoice Template ABC.
5. When going to the Items tab, you can see on the far left-hand side, that the extension field "123" is present but does not contain any information, nothing has been fetched from the template ABC.

For extension fields to be copied from an invoice template to an invoice, an extension scenario needs to be created between the invoice template and the supplier invoice.

This functionality currently does not exist.
