2813571 - Open Data Flow Verification Result With Not Detected Differences

You have a Data Flow Verification Result with status Open in your system, however, in the Difference column, the value is Not Detected.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Under Business Data Consistency, open the Data Flow Verification Results view.
3. Select the Data Flow Verification Result ABC (ABC represents your Data Flow Verification Result ID).
4. Checking the Difference column, you see that it is Not Detected.
5. Now, open the Data Flow Verification Result.
6. You see that no differences are listed, and that the Start Repeat Check and Start Document Synchronization buttons are grayed-out.

This means that the issue which generated the Data Flow Verification error in the first place is now fixed, either by a manual Start Repeat Check/Document Synchronization, or an automatic system retry.

In these cases, the Data Flow Verification Result can be safely closed by using the Change Status to Closed button in the Data Flow Verification Result itself, or by:

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Under Business Data Consistency, open the Data Flow Verification Results view.
3. Select the Data Flow Verification Result ABC (ABC represents your Data Flow Verification Result ID).
4. Highlight the Data Flow Verification Result and click Change Status to Closed.
