The 'Add' button is not available or disappears in the Marketing Permissions facet for Individual Customers.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Customers workcenter.
Go to the Individual Customers view.
Open Individual Customer 123 (where 123 is Individual Customer ID).
Navigate to the Marketing Permissions facet.
While the facet is loading, the Add button can be seen but once it has loaded the Add button disappears.
The moment all the available marketing permissions (from Business Configuration) are added in the Individual Customer 123, the Add button is hidden.
Exposing the Add button here does not make sense as clicking on Add would not do anything.
This is the expected system behavior. If you go to the Business Configuration fine tune activity 'Marketing permissions' and maintain a new custom marketing permission channel or a new Communication category, the Add button becomes active in the Marketing permissions facet again.
If you click Add, the new custom marketing permission channel gets added and the Add button will again be hidden until another new marketing permission channel or a new Communication category is added.
