2813850 - Unable to remove batch management indicator due to special stock

Symptom

System does not allow to change batch management indicator, error message "Batch already exist", "Stock already exist at plant level" can be seen from "Display errors". As resolution, archiving the existing batch master record and stock by using archive object MM_SPSTOCK is needed. However in archive writing phase (from transaction code SARA or use program MMREO020N) error Message no. e.g. MM402 "&: & dependent stocks provided to vendor exist" happens.
