2814211 - Internal Error While Trying to Import Installed Base in Data Workbench

Symptom

While trying to insert Installed Base using Data Workbench, it throws Internal Error.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Data Workbench work center.
  2. Select Complete business object.
  3. Select Insert.
  4. Select Installed Base Business Object.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Upload the file and import.

Error "Internal error; create an SAP incident" is shown.

Cause

Customer_Party_ID and Customer_Main_Contact_Party_ID column in entity accepts Business Partner IDs. You might have entered Party names instead.

Resolution

Please enter the corresponding Business Partner Ids.
