2814225 - Application Error Running Canvas (ORD) Performance Management Reports

Application Error : An inconsistency in the data associated with the page you have requested has been detected and the application is unable to process your request.

• Platform - Report Center - Canvas Report

1. Login the instance
2. Go to Reporting 
3. Report Center 
4. Select any existing Canvas (ORD) report based on Performance Management > Error occur > Application Error: An error occurred in processing your request
5. Or Create new Canvas Report > select Detailed Reporting > Select Performance Management > Application error pop up > Application Error: An error occurred in processing your request

NOTE that the issue is not occurring when running Adhoc Report (Table Report)

The issue is caused by special character found in the form template configuration name such as Square Bracket [ Template ID ] and Modulo "%".

To resolve the issue, the Admin of the performance management template has to remove the special characters like Square Bracket [ Template ID ] and Modulo "%"  from all the form templates configuration name.
