2814234 - Portlets appearing as 'Untitled' on People Profile

When navigating to an employees profile, the portlet labels appear as 'Untitled', but appear correctly for other users

1. Navigate to an employee's profile
2. Labels are maintained as 'Untitled'

This is caused by an issue with the user's locale, the label has only been maintained for en_US but needs to be applied for all languages.

This can be verified by doing the following:

• Log in as a user who does not have the issue > Check their locale (in this case - en_US)
• Log in as the user who is having the issue > Check their locale (in this case - en_GB)

Changing the users locale to en_US resolved the issue

1. Configure People Profile
2. Edit Section (Click on the label)
3. Click 'Apply to All Languages'
4. Save
