2814376 - Display Course Price > No Charge Option Select in Learning

This KBA explains how to have a course price displayed in the library when the chargeback purchasing option selected is the "No Charge" one

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

On the Learning admin side, click:

1. Learning > Items > Search and access the desired item >
2. More > Chargeback > Purchasing Option > No Charge > Apply Changes >
3. Pricing > Add and save the desired course price.

On the Learning user side:

• Enter the edited course description/id in the library tile > The system shows the course as "Free"

• When the chargeback purchasing option selected is the "No Charge" one, the system will only display the price if the course is OCN related.
• Other courses will still be displayed as "Free".

• To have the price of OCN courses displayed when chargeback purchasing option selected is the "No Charge" one, it is also necessary to have the "pricingModel" OCN configuration line set to "RETAIL".
• On the Learning admin side, click:

1. System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > OPEN CONTENT NETWORK >
2. Search for the desired "pricingModel" OCN configuration line and set it to "RETAIL" > Apply Changes
