System behavior for Tax Payment Deferred checkbox in customer invoices for tax countries Thailand and Philippines.

• Tax Country Thailand:

Since Thailand is a pre-localized country, as per the legal requirement the deferred taxes are delivered.

For product type Services by default automatic deferred taxes are checked (Tax Payment Deferred checkbox is ticked) and for product type Materials by default it will be unticked.

• Tax Country Philippines:

Philippines is a tax basic country and deferred taxes were not implemented, that's why the Tax Payment Deferred checkbox is not displayed in customer invoices.
