2814543 - Message "Authentication Error. Access Denied" received when accessing Recruiting Posting - Recruiting Posting

When clicking on Manage Recruiting Posting, the message Authentication Error. Access denied. is being received. The user permissions were reviewed according KBA 2761517

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

1. In SuccessFactors instance, go to Admin Center
2. Go to 'Manage Recruiting Posting'
3. You will receive the message "Authentication Error. Access denied."

The possible reason is that the user is not synced yet to Recruiting Posting. There could be a misconfiguration in Recruiting Posting backend as well.

Please wait until the next automatic users sync is launched (every day at 5 am CET) if you are implementing Recruiting Posting and you are getting this error for all users. If this issue affects only one or few users, you can use the manual user synchronization (3151632 - New Manual User Synchronization in Recruiting Posting from Manage Recruiting Posting to sync the users.
