2814549 - GRANT ALTER ANY OBJECT allows altering tables/objects owned by other users - SAP IQ

Symptom

In IQ 16 to alter any table/objets, we have to use:

GRANT EXECUTE ON sp_iqrename TO USER;
GRANT ALTER ANY OBJECT TO USER;

GRANT ALTER ANY OBJECT TO USER, (no only) allows altering objects owned by object owner but also allows altering tables/objects owned by others.
