2814708 - "No authorization to display partner in role General Business Partner" due to authorization object B_BUPA_RLT

Symptom

In S/4 HANA, you only want to display Customer/Vendor data. Other non-customer/vendor BPs should not be displayed by certain users.
The authorization object B_BUPA_RLT is restricted to Customer/Vendor role categories only. For example, FLCU00 or FLVN00. After this, when opening a Customer/Vendor BP with transaction BP, the error "No authorization to display partner in role General Business Partner" is raised. So even the Customer/Vendor data cannot be displayed.
