Symptom

'Define Account Selections' hyperlink option is missing when creating a new Realignment Run.

Environment

SAP Cloud For Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales work center.
  2. Go to Realignment Runs view.
  3. Select New.
  4. The "Define New Realignment Run" Tab Opens
  5. See 'Define Account Selections' hyperlink option is missing. What you see however is 'account selections' dropdown menu with queries like 'all', 'my accounts', etc.

Cause

This is because you have scoped the question 'Do you want to use account filters to create realignment runs? in Territory Management.

Resolution

Kindly descope the mentioned scoping question 'Do you want to use account filters to create realignment runs?'.

You can follow the below mentioned steps:

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to Implementation Projects view.
  3. Select the project and click on Edit Project Scope.
  4. Navigate to Step-4 Questions.
  5. Expand Sales --> Account and Activity Management --> Territory Management.
  6. Scope the question 'Do you want to use account filters to create realignment runs?'
  7. Click on Next and Finish to save the scoping changes.

If you have this SCOPED you will NOT see the 'define account selections' hyperlink; you will see, however, account filters like 'all', 'my accounts', etc.
