2814928 - Business rule is associated to all CDM attributes with same name/code - SAP PD

• Business rule is attached to one entity attribute in CDM.
• The rule is automatically attached not only to the corresponding data item but to other entity attributes that have same name/code although they are different objects (different OID).
• It should be allowed to attach business rules directly to entity attributes - not by data items. Entity attributes may have same name, but have a different meaning and a different set of business rules attached.
• It works fine with LDM, PDM and OOM.
