- Is it possible to edit the Compa Ratio or Range Penetration calculation formula?
- Is it possible to adjust what fields are checked to determine Pay Range?

Resolution
- The calculation used for Compa Ratio and Range Penetration are hard coded and cannot be changed.
- It is possible to adjust what fields will be used to determine Pay Range (by adding associations to the Corporate Data Model) but the calculation parameters do not change.
The following enhancement request can be voted for the calculation of Compa Ratio and Range Penetration. Please watch this influence request as the PM team will communicate here if it will be included in the product.
Now, for adjusting the fields considered in the Pay Range determination, please observe the following steps:
- Configure the Pay Range foundation object in the Corporate Data Model;
- Create association for the fields to be added to the calculation logic;
- Maintain a value for the added field in Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures > Pay Range;
- Add the associated field to Job Information in BCUI (Please note that in case there is no standard field of the concerning type available to be added in Job Information, a custom one can be added instead).
