2815088 - Items not showing on the Learning Plan - LMS

Symptom

If you go to Learning Administration > Users > Assigned Items, there are items listed. However, if you go to the Users Learning Plan, the items are not displaying

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Learning Administration > Users > Assigned Items, there are items listed
  2. Go to the Users Learning Plan > these items are not displaying

Cause

Items are set to Inactive

Resolution

  1. Go to Learning Administration > Learning
  2. Go to Items > Search for the Item
  3. View All >  Active: NO - please set to YES
