• BOE Live Data Connect 2.0.2
• SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.2 SP5 Patch 6
• HANA 2.0 SP3

1. Create a Live Data Connection to BI Universe connecting to HANA 2.0 system.
2. Create a model based on the above Live Data Connection, and drag a variable prompt in the filter.
3. When creating a story based on the above model, click the prompt dropdown list.
4. It returns the error "Error [Server]: getLov - Start LOV iterator failed; MsgClass".

Install the latest available LUC component which is BOE Live Data Connect 3.0.
