When you execute 'Invite Late Stage Applicant' for a candidate, it shows 'Changes Saved. 0 candidates were invited to apply.'.

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) - All versions
• Late Stage Applications is enabled
• The feature "lateStageApp" is permissioned in the job requisition templates

1. Open Job Requisition >> Candidate summary
2. Select a candidate that has entered the Default status and click on Action >> Invite Late Stage Applicant
3. It shows  'Changes Saved. 0 candidates were invited to apply.'

Recruiting Email Triggers >> Invite Candidate to Apply is not enabled.

Go to Admin Center >> Manage Recruiting >> Recruiting Email Triggers >> Enable Invite Candidate to Apply
