2815363 - Careers page landing URL is getting re-directed to Job Search page rather than "My Profile" page.

Candidate creating new account using the "Sign in Page" after the account is created gets re-directed to Job Search page instead of "My Profile" page as expected.

1. Go to RCM Career Site .

2. Click on "Sign-In"  button .

3.  Create Account and click on "Submit" .

4. Candidate  gets re-directed to "Job Search" page rather than "My Profile" page .

Configuration Issue

As per the standard behavior of the product , it is expected that when the account gets created in the RCM career site , candidate lands on the My profile page directly if the RMK switch from provisioning is enabled . If the switch is not enabled they will land on the job search page .

To disable RMK : Provisioning -> Company Settings -> untick Recruiting Marketing
