2815474 - Error loading Forms for New Instance - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Failed to upload the form
  • There was an error in the callback
  • Issue with new user account access using SuperAdmin
  • For a brand new account in Onboarding, a user can upload PDF Form
  • In SuperAdmin, getting an error message and the form will not load:

  • These error messages mean there is an issue with the account setup in the backend.
  • Contact SAP SuccessFactors Product Support who can then engage the Operations team to assist.
