2815506 - While trying to bcp out a large file using bcp with SSL - Net-Library operation terminated due to disconnect - SAP ASE

• bcp is receiving error:   Net-Library operation terminated due to disconnect
• Any clients to ASE 15.7 appear to fail.
• Any clients to ASE 16.0 SP 03 never fail.
   
•  The installations are nearly identical. A tar file is used to lay down the binaries, then adjustments are made to the:
• config file
• RUN file
• interfaces, etc.
   
• The certificates are the same. 
• Identical trusted.txt file for each server
• The interfaces entries are setup the same as well.
