2815606 - Error: "MetadataService did not initialize properly.Check the PJS log file for more details." - Information Steward 4.x

Symptom

  • Cannot import tables into Data Insight.
  • Click on connection name to import a table and it fails with error  "Unable to Open the connection. Contact your administrator (UID-10040)"
  • Error: "MetadataService did not initialize properly.Check the PJS log file for more details."
  • Restart of EIM APS and can import tables for a while, but eventually the issue occurs again.
  • Only one environment has the issue, other environments in the landscape are working fine.
