2815897 - The Decimal Number of any Currency in the Ticket's Item is not Editable


It is not possible to change the decimal for euro currency from two decimal to more decimal.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon using Fiori Client and go to the Service work center.
  2. Go to the Tickets view.
  3. Search for ticket LMN (where LMN represents the ticket id) .
  4. Go to the Items facet and click on Add button to add a product.
  5. Maintain the quantity and price in euro for an added item .
  6. You can see the total is showing with value separated by 2 decimal .
  7. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  8. Go to the Implementation Project view and click on Open Activity List .
  9. Search for fine-tune activity Currencies and open it .
  10. You can see for the currency code Euro, there is no option to edit the decimal value.


You can not change/edit the standard currency decimal in fine tuning because it's been maintain as per ISO guideline.


Editing the decimal location for any currency is not possible and same decimal is reflected in the related transaction document.This is an expected system behavior.
