Why is there no quick card for headOfUnit (Head of Unit, Head of Division and Head of Department) field in Manage Data?

1. Go to: Manage Data
2. Search some Business Unit, Division and Department

This is caused by the required configuration "UI Field Renderer" of this field.  In the details of headOfUnit field under "UI Field Renderer" it has workerFieldRenderer which is a required configuration of this field. This makes it a drop-down list of users, this will then not show the quick card.

Currently is expected not display a quick card for headOfUnit (Head of Unit, Head of Division and Head of Department) field in Manage Data.
