2816136 - Potential Rating data not being displayed in reporting

Potential Rating Information is not populated in reporting even though the rating information is being displayed within employee profile. Potential rating information will display a null value.

SAP Successfactors Reporting

1. Access Report Center

2. Create a new query using Report-table

3. Using the Employee profile domain, include potential rating fields

4. When running query, null values will be shown for users

The latest rating of the user will have a status of either 1 or 2. The status of 1 is not pulling in rating and adhoc report needs the latest rating status = 2 (approved) or status will pull in a null value.

The workaround is to update the Live Profile of the user by changing the filed to another value then revert it back and save. This will update the last modify date of the rating records in database.
