2816149 - SAP HANA database rename fails with unhandled exception

Symptom

When trying to rename, or change SID, of an existing HANA database using HDBLCM, the operation fails with unhandled exception.

An error similar to the below is seen in hdblcm.log:

hh:mm:ss.xxx - ERR : unhandled exception: Loading openssl: extension directory '/hana/shared/<SID>/hdblcm/instruntime/distcompat' not found
