2816176 - Non-permissioned application fields visible to the candidate's view when requisition is Closed

The Candidates are able to see certain application fields which are not permissioned to the candidate when the requisition is in the closed status.

These appilcation fields are permissioned in other statuses apart from requistion closed status.

This happens when the fields in question are defined as type="instruction" in the application template.

• This is currently an expected behavior that all of the fields that are defined as type="instruction" in the application template will be displayed to the candidates when the requisition is closed/cancelled.
• The instruction type fields are supposed to be used only as instructions for fields and not as information messages to the candidates.
• Currently, the only workaround is to remove/edit the instruction field to something else.
