Candidates are able to see the application fields which are not permissioned to the candidate in a particular application status

 Multi-stage and Late-stage is enabled.

Success factor Recruiting

1) Recruiter forwarded the candidate to particular requisition

 2) Once the candidate has been forwarded to the JR and move the candidate to different status of the application.

 3) Candidate has received the Job Application Invitation but not applied for the Job

 4) Recruiter has moved the candidate application status from "New Applicants" to "XYZ status" without waits for the candidate to apply for the job

 6) Invite late stage email is send to candidate now. from the XYZ status

 5) Now candidate is able to see some fields which are not permissioned to the candidate in XYZ status.

This is the expected behavior of the system.

A candidate is forwarded and not yet applied for Job Req and when a candidate is trying to apply for a job at one particular status, let's say XYZ status, it is expected that the system will pull all the fields that are permissioned to the candidate prior to XYZ status.

Since it is the expected behavior, Recruiter user have to wait for the candidate to apply or recruiter can ask the candidate to apply for a job before proceeding further

Reason: Suppose a candidate has asked to fill a data in some fields and in certain status but the candidate is missed to enter the data becuse the recruiter moved the candidate to different status, not waiting for the candidate to apply. System will consolidate the fields which are permissioned and will dispaly it to the candidate.
