2816576 - Editable Flag is not Respected in Fiori Time Off UI

Employee times which have editable setting = false are still editable in the new Fiori Time Off ESS UI.

The setting is only respected on the workbench for admins / HR.

Employee Central, Time Off

1. Download employee time
2. Change editable field to False
3. Upload/import employee time
4. Leave request is not editable to HR on workbench, but is editable to employee on ESS UI

This setting was respected in the old Legacy Tme Off ESS UI.

This is a bug with the Fiori ESS UI.

Engineering have tentatively scheduled a fix with the b1908 release.

As a workaround customers wuld need to go to the old ESS UI via UpgradeCenter.
