2816614 - SAP Business Connector 4.8 - javax/crypto/JceSecurity : cannot initialize class because prior initialization attempt failed

Business Connector 4.8 does not work after changing the JVM or importing ELSTER_EXT_50 package.

In the error.log and server.log at ht location '<sapbc48>/server/logs' You can see the following error:
