Symptom
Is the script below supported in Advanced Formulas?:
IF ( [d/Employee].[p/StartMonth] = [d/Date] )
ENDIF
Or we have to explicitely put:
IF ( [d/Employee].[p/StartMonth] = "201901")
ENDIF
Environment
- SAP Analytics Cloud 2019.14.1
Cause
This is a known restriction. The script above is not supported.
This one is supported:
IF ( [d/Employee].[p/StartMonth] = "201901")
ENDIF
Resolution
Advanced formulas currently does not support "Date Type" Attribute in "If" condition.
This issue is an enhancement request and development team will plan to implement it.
