2816678 - SWPM error ORA-01017: invalid username/password

Symptom

During Database Refresh with SWPM the error "ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied occurs" is triggered.

In the ora_sql_results.log file it's observed the error, as following example.

@@/oracle/<SID>/121/sqlplus/admin/pupbld.sql
exit;

Output of SQL executing program:
SQL*Plus: Release 12.1.0.2.0 Production on Mon Dec 10 21:51:25 2018
Copyright (c) 1982, 2014, Oracle. All rights reserved.
ERROR:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
SP2-0751: Unable to connect to Oracle. Exiting SQL*Plus
SAPINST: End of output of SQL executing program /oracle/QAP/121/bin/sqlplus.
SAPINST found errors.
SAPINST The current process environment may be found in sapinst_ora_environment.log.
