• App could not be opened because the SAP UI5 component of the application could not be loaded.
• Dev Tools log shows "Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent "#GLAccount-displayGLLineItemPostingView" Error: found in negative cache: 'fin/gl/entryview/display/Component.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/fin_gl_litb_ev/~2E5A7A5CD5D9A1A472972E27C7B53210~5/Component.js: failed to load 'fin/gl/entryview/display/Component.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/fin_gl_litb_ev/~2E5A7A5CD5D9A1A472972E27C7B53210~5/Component.js: 403 -"

Please note, this error is a generic error.  The navigation intent indicates which application has the issue, in this instance GLAccount-displayGLLineItemPostingView.   This KBA only applies to this particular application/navigation intent. If the error is on a different version search on App could not be opened because the SAP UI5 component of the application could not be loaded and  "<semanticobject>-<semanticaction>"  As there are over 16000 standard applications, they will not be linked in this KBA
