2816941 - NAST: Output is not correctly generated according to condition record for a purchasing document

You are using NAST based output determination logic.

You experience such symptom that you are creating purchasing documents like Purchase Order, Scheduling Agreement, Contract, RFQ, and you expect some certain output types to appear in the document based on condition record, but you see that not only those, but some other output types appear too.

For example when user creates a release in ME84 with radio button FRC Scheds Only, system generates output type LPJ1, which is for JIT release.
