New Hire Activities Subject does not fully display

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding - 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. BizX > Select Onboarding from dropdown
  2. Click New Hire Activities
  3. Select the activity
  4. Click Schedule Meeting > View Subject has "..."

Cause

  • Maximum number of Char in the subject has been exceeded 
  • Max number is 26 Char with spaces

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Admin Center
  2. Configure new hire activity planning process
  3. Select Activity
  4. Click edit
  5. Chose details in schedule meeting
  6. add max number of Char

  7. The system is working as designed
  8. If you want the full subject to appear you must create an enhancement request Onboarding
