2817152 - Receiving a "Failed" notification when adding Mentors

When creating an Unsupervised and Supervised Mentoring programs no users are able to be added as mentors, when saving a message that says "Failed" appears, no error.  This happened on the Manage Mentoring Programs page within a specific program.  The Failed message does not appear until user clicks "save.  The expectation is that the mentors will save and users can continue setting up their program.

SAP SuccessFactors Mentoring

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Development > Manage Mentoring Programs
2. Choose impacted mentoring program.
3. Attempt to add mentor to the program
4. Save
5. Failed notification appears

The "Failed" notification is the result of stale permission data cuasing a Null Pointer Exception.

In order to resolve, the Company Data Migrate Job" job can be run in provisioning. 

As a customer, you don't have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact your implementation partner or Account Executive. For any non-implementation tasks, contact Product Support.
