2817215 - Manual failover results in crash in st_database::DoFailoverRecovery-- SAP IQ

• In IQ multiplex setup, Coordinator crashes. 
• Subsequent attempts to start coordinator normally, or by any other means does not work.  
  Cause: Coordinator log file does not exist anymore & there is no mirrored log.
• Attempt is made to promote designated failover node which fails with following stack
