Symptom

I deactivated a user in Recruiting Posting. Can I reactivate it?

Resolution

Once a user access deactivated and not purged yet, you can reactivate the account as follows:

  1. Go to Settings > Manage Posting Profiles & Groups  (or Manage Users & Groups for non SSO integration)
  2. Set the filter for inactive accounts

  3. Search and select the desired account
  4. Click the Actions menu and Reactivate

  5. Click Save



    Please note that if permissions had been set for the reactivated user, you will need to review and update them if necessary.
