2817427 - Troubleshooting for "500 Internal server error" when adding new entry in Tactical Dashboards via Focused Insights 2.0

Within the Tactical Dashboards in Focused Insights Launchpad, attempting to create a new entry via the "Add New Entry" button in the configuration screen results in a "500 Internal Server Error".

Information on where terminated
      The termination occurred in ABAP program "/STDF/TAC_CL_AC===============CP",
      in "CREATE_METRIC_INSTANCE_AVAIL". The main program
      was "SAPMHTTP".

      In the source code, the termination point is in line 86 of (Include)
      program "/STDF/TAC_CL_AC===============CM00A".
      The termination is due to exception "CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL" occurring in
      procedure "CREATE_METRIC_INSTANCE_AVAIL" "(METHOD)".
      This exception was not handled locally or declared in the RAISING
      clause in the procedure's signature however.
      The procedure is in program "/STDF/TAC_CL_AC===============CP". The source
      code begins in line 1 of
      (include) program "/STDF/TAC_CL_AC===============CM00A".
