2817586 - Item with domain restriction is being displayed to all administrators

An administrator can see items in the "Completed Items" tab of the user's record from a domain which does not correspond to the admin's domain restriction.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HXM > navigate to Learning Administration > People > Users >
2. Search for the required user > open the record > navigate to the "Completed Items" tab >
3. In the list of completed items, the admin is able to see an item of a domain which does not correspond to the admin's domain restriction >
4. The admin is unable to access the item's record itself.

Currently, this is the system's expected behavior: the item would be visible in the "Completed Items" tab as it is part of the user’s Learning History. However, the navigation to the item's record should not be possible as the admin would not have access to it.

Additionally, the item will still be displayed on the "Learning History" report, because the learning history record also involves information from the user entity. Therefore, despite not being able to access the item record, the completion record should still be visible for the admins outside the domain restriction.

Alternatively, to have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request created for it (as per KBA 2090228), where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
