2817615 - Order of the "automatic release" cannot be changed in the Manage Workflow app - SAP S/4HANA

There are several workflows maintained in the Manage Workflow app (i.e. Manage Workflows for Purchase Orders). It is desired to change the order of the "automatic release", but the direction arrows are grayed out.
