2817661 - Related to View Change History after transport from Q to P in Manage Your Solution app

Request to access change history data after every transport from Q to P system by clicking Proceed to Run button.

• After every transport from Q to P system by clicking "Proceed to Run" button, a new Business Change Project needs to be created.  
  Details provided at the time of Business Change Project creation will be maintained as notes in the configuration text table, which will be displayed in View Change History. 

• The View Change History displays the history based on the comments added for the SSCUIs or when an SSCUI is confirmed.  
  In Configure Your Solution App, when clicking App to configure, there are 3 tabs (Description, Configuration Steps & Comments).  

• Click on the Comments tab and add all change information that need to be tracked after transport.
