2817914 - Task name is displayed instead of variables for user decision in workflow inbox or workflow log display

• In SBWP or My Inbox the work items are displayed by task name instead of the title. If the work item is opened and return to the inbox, it's displayed correctly thereafter.
• Check the work item in SBWP. The workitem will have task name instead of title. Open the work item and come back without any action on the work item. The work item will have the correct subject line updated.
• The variables maintained for the title are not displayed correctly and show the task description.
• Variable replacement for User Decision step is not working correctly.
• In MDG UI, the workflow log display shows unexpected work item text if the logon user logon with different language than the work item language.
