2818030 - Additional Comments Section do not appear in 360 Detailed Report

Symptom

In 360 form when the comments are added in Additional Comment section, the comments do not appear in 360 Detailed Report when the form is completed.

SAP SuccessFactors Multi-rater

Resolution

This is currently the system behavior, by design the backend code summarizes Objective and Competency section in the 360 detailed report .

However, if you would like to see this feature implemented in the system, please feel free to go to the Community site and log this as enhancement request, the steps to do so you will find on the attached KBA 2090228.
