2818080 - ISA-012 Message When Applying Profile Changes In Organizations


You performed some changes in your Groupware Server Side Integration profiles and is trying to apply these changes to your organization, however the system is throwing the following message:

ISA-012: The following entities cannot be saved due to a concurrency violation: Organization. Retry your request.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In Groupware Settings go to Organizations tab.
  2. On the list click on your desired Organization.
  3. Click on the Settings button (Gear icon).
  4. Select the option Save and Apply Profile for All Users.
  5. The message ISA-012 pops up.


The Save and Apply Profile for All Users is a very processing heavy operation, so once this is triggered it can take up to a few hours, depending on how many users you have under the organization, to be completed.

If a second attempt to apply the profiles is triggered while there's one running the error message will be displayed, as there can't be two running simultaneously.


You need to wait up to a few hours (depending on how many users you have in your organization) to be able to apply again the profiles.
