2818182 - Got blank page when printing People profile (PP3) slide on Internet Explorer, Firefox and Microsoft Edge

Symptom

Currently, when printing People profile slide, it shows a blank page on Internet Explorer, Firefox or Microsoft Edge browser.

SAP SuccessFactors Presentations

Cause

This is due to a bug of the web browser. The issue occurs when we use <iframe>: When printing a page that contains an iFrame, the content of the iFrame is cropped.

Resolution

As a workaround, please use Google Chrome to print the People profile (PP3) slide.
