Codelist Restriction for Users assigned to more than one Business Role

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a codelist restriction for a field A.
  2. Allow values 1,2,3,4 for the role X.
  3. Allow values 3,4,5,6 for the role Y.
  4. Assing roles X andY for the same user.

The user is not able to see all value

Cause

It works based on common values, so only the values 3 and 4 will be visble for the user who is assigned to both roles

Resolution

This is the current system design
