2818259 - MESSAGE_TYPE_X in CL_RSTRAN_RTO GET_UPDINFO_SINGLE_IOBJ during DTP execution

After an upgrade to BW 7.40 or higher the execution of a DTP, which updates the texts of a Characteristic, fails with the following dump:
