2818308 - How to Deactivate VAT Return run

You want to deactivate a VAT Return run.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Tax Management work center.
2. Go to the VAT Return Runs  subview in the Periodic Tasks view.
3. Search for Run ID ABC (ABC is the VAT Return Run ID) and select it.

The Status is Active.

4. Click Edit.

There is no option to deactivate.

You can set the VAT Return Run to Obsolete via the Actions button as follows:

1. Go to the Tax Management work center.
2. Go to the VAT Return Runs subview in the Periodic Tasks view.
3. Search for Run ID ABC (ABC is the VAT Return Run ID) and select it.

The Status is Active.

4. Click the Actions button.
5. Select Set to Obsolete.
