2818468 - Option to add/create Integration is not available in some ISC events - SuccessFactors Intelligent Services Center

• "Integration" cannot be found inside "Custom activity" for some Intelligent Services Center (ISC) events
• Why some ISC events cannot be used to trigger an integration in Integration Center?

• SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Intelligent Services from Admin Center or from the Action Search bar.
2. Select the event "Completion of Learning", for example (it applies to other events as well).
3. See that "Integration" option is not available under "Custom Activities".

Intelligent Services in SAP SuccessFactors provide suite-wide events that occur within the SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite. When an event occurs in one part of suite, other areas are made aware of it and can react accordingly.

However, some of the standard events are smart suite events, like the ones published by Learning and Onboarding, and cannot trigger an integration in Integration Center currently. These events are subscribed in LMS/ONB system that are located in different stacks though doesn't support customizations related to Integration Center.

Also, other events that don't have entities in SuccessFactors OData API Metadata cannot trigger integrations as well.

Please find below the list of events that cannot trigger an integration in Integration Center currently:

Smart Suite Events:

• Onboarding: Onboarding Step Complete
• Onboarding: Offboarding Step Complete
• Learning: Completion of Learning

Events that don't have entities in OData API Metadata:

• Compensation Management: Spot Award Given
• Talent Management : Performance Review Form Routing
• Talent Management : Populate Performance Review Ratings

Other events:

Employee Central: Change in Name -  this event only uses DocuSign integration, which is enabled by default. Please refer to the KBA 2999400 - DocuSign integration with Employee Central - SAP for Me for more information.

Recruiting: Approval of Offer Detail - the actions for this event are not implemented on the Intelligent Services Center. Please refer to the KBA 3070938 - Approval of Offer Detail event on Intelligent Services Center no actions available - Recruiting Management - SAP for Me.
